The Center for Christian Study seeks a motivated individual who cares about students growing in their faith.

The successful candidate will have passion for and personal alignment with Anselm House’s mission and vision. She or he will have demonstrated success in team leadership and management, project management, and implementation of strategies and best practices in development. Ideally, the candidate will have three or more years of experience in development and an up-to-date knowledge of the science and art of donor engagement and relationship stewardship. This position requires strong organization and event management skills, plus an ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines concurrently. The successful candidate will have a warm and inviting personality and be able to connect personally with others. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

She or he will be able to anticipate needs and follow through on details, work collaboratively across various teams, and have the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines concurrently. Administrative and EA experience preferred. Basic knowledge of finance and budgeting, and Bachelor’s or equivalent degree required.

Cambridge House is seeking a talented individual whose ministry experiences and academic background will serve as a natural entrée into the William & Mary community. This servant leader will extend a warm, relational invitation to students, faculty, and staff to join a “communal table of faith,” working to advance the mission of the Study Center through faithful and intentional service, as well as being a winsome ambassador for the mission in the community.

Anselm House is seeking a Director of Advancement who is passionate about the work of helping students and faculty connect Christian faith and knowledge with all of life at the University of Minnesota, and who can articulate this strategic mission to donors and prospects in a way that educates and invites them into generous giving.
