Perhaps more than ever before, modern American politics has been influenced by cultural polarization, half-truths, and social media echo chambers. As Christians, we believe that the rigorous pursuit of truth in any discipline—including politics—yields important and useful insights.
What does the study of political behavior, both in the past and the present, reveal about Christian political engagement? How does Christian political behavior demonstrate the weaknesses endemic to human nature, and are there healthy ways in which Christians can engage in politics for redemptive purposes?
In this interactive session, two Christian political scientists will draw on their research to explore these important questions.
