Theological Horizons was established as a not-for-profit ministry in 1990 with the purpose of integrating vibrant theological scholarship and authentic Christian community into the university context. To that end, Theological Horizons offers the Capps Lecture Series in Christian Theology; the Goodwin Prizes for Excellence in Theological Writing, an international competition for graduate students; two undergraduate Fellows programs; the Faith and Work Forum; Vintage Lunch, a weekly study of the Christian tradition; and an array of seminars, lectures, Bible studies and research and writing grants for students and scholars.
